Blue Ridge Community College is a two-year post-secondary institution that prepares students of all ages for success in today’s workforce or at four-year colleges and universities. With campuses in Henderson and Transylvania Counties, the college offers more than 200 degrees, diplomas and certificates in 30 areas of study; more than 200 online courses; veterans services; support for small businesses; apprenticeships; job placement services through NCWorks; one of the largest continuing education programs in the state; and fast-tracked job training.
Blue Ridge also breaks down financial barriers to higher education through its Educational Foundation which offers over $400,000 in scholarships each year. Graduates are also eligible to transfer credits and continue their education at any of North Carolina’s 18 public colleges and universities.
